Freight Surcharge Policy

Dear Valued Roy’s Wood Products Customers, 

As always, it has been our pleasure to serve you at Roy’s Wood Products. Your business and trust mean more to us than words can express. As co-owners, Jody and Russell Brazell take customer satisfaction very seriously. We have always taken pride in providing quality products and dependable service, and our commitment to excellence remains unchanged. 

Over the years, the world around us has changed significantly. Inflation, changing market conditions, and rising transportation costs have affected businesses across the country. To continue providing the quality products and reliable service you expect, we must make a small adjustment to our delivery policy. 

Effective August 15, 2026, all moulding and millwork orders delivered by a Roy’s Wood Products truck or a third-party carrier will include a $55 fuel surcharge. In addition, a $500 minimum order requirement will apply to all delivered orders. These changes will help us maintain competitive product pricing while continuing to provide dependable delivery service to your location. 

As a family-owned business, we do not make decisions like these lightly. Our reputation and the relationships we have built with our customers remain our most valuable assets. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue working to serve you in the best way possible. 

Please remember that customer pickup will continue to be available at our Lachicotte Road warehouse.
